The left-hand menu contains the items from the top of your workspace and lets you expand folders to see their contents.
By default, items are added to that menu in the order they are created, to keep it consistent over time. However, you can re-order items in the menu if that would work better in your workspace.
To customise the left-hand menu:
- Find the appropriate folder in the workspace that relates to the part of the menu you want to re-order (Workspace home for the top level, or relevant sub-folder).
- Click Modify Properties and Permissions, found under the Actions Menu
- Under Sorting Type, click Manual Ordering.
- Drag and drop to desired order.
- Click Save.
