You can invite users into Kahootz whether you're a Site Owner, Manager or Member.
Note: Each user inviting them though will have different options to select from, please see below for more details.
There are 2 ways of inviting people in Kahootz depending on your permissions.
Open the workspace that you would like to invite someone too and then follow these steps...
||1. Click on Manage Workspace cogwheels icon to the top right of the page, on the same line as the workspace name|
2. Click > Members
|Click > Invite People
3. Select > Invite People, under the Actions section.
Site Owner will be presented with these options
Manager will be presented with these options
Member will be presented with these options
4. Enter the email address or again depending on your permission, pick members from your other workspaces / find people based upon their profile.
5. Provide permissions
6. Click > Invite.
Note: If the invitee is not assigned, any permissions or team, the manager of the workspace would need to modify them once they have registered on the site/workspace.
Also you can't re-invite people within 1 hour of inviting them!
If you've invited a user and then try to add them again, you'll get an error as only 1 email address per workspace.
If a user has changed email address, they can edit their own login details under Account > Profile > Modify my profile information.
If a user already exists and they register a 2nd profile with a different email address, now you wish to use the second email address on their 1st profile.
You will need admin rights (manager or site owner) in order to delete their account which will remove the email address from the system allowing you to now add it.
